US orders ship from Tallahassee within one business day and arrive in 2–4 business days with tracking. Shipping is free over $75, otherwise a flat $6. International delivery to Canada, the UK and the EU takes 5–9 business days.
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn with its tags attached. A prepaid return label is included in every parcel, and refunds are issued within three business days of the parcel reaching us.
Our fit is true to US sizing with a relaxed, easy drape. Dresses and knitwear are intentionally generous — if you are between sizes, take the smaller one. Send us your measurements and we will confirm before you order.
Yes — repairs are free for two years from purchase on anything we make. Email us with a photo of the issue and we will send a prepaid label along with an estimated turnaround of 7–10 days.
